  1. I related with Rilee’s final thoughts on not allowing my thoughts to run my life as well as planning out my every day. I need to learn to live day to day and trust God’s plan. Starting the day with a positive mindset and ending the day on a positive note are essential in having a healthy and holy mindset.

  2. I took several notes from that! I overthink too. As a stay at home mom, I am like you Shelly. My thoughts can lead me down some sad thoughts. And with covid, even more time “alone” in the last 18 months has led to some tough days. I really had no idea what mindset was all about until the last couple of years. Definitely learning and trying as much as I can. 50 years is a lot to unravel! Lol. I do have a poster and other things hanging in my bathroom to help.
