  1. The idea of scheduling or blocking out one hour of each day for me is something I’d love to try. I would use this hour to some how love on myself and ensure I am being intentional with what I am doing with the remainder of my day. So often I go, go, go and lose sight of why what I am doing matters. Taking some time for me and reflecting on my daily actions (morning or night) may be a world changer for me!
