  1. Until the last year or so, I really didn’t think much about mindset. Now I can look back and see that it is something that has always been there and it has not always been healthy. I remember hearing Garbage in, Garbage out, as I was growing up but didn’t realize how garbage can stick as well. Looking forward to the week!

  2. Everything we do, think, and say flows from our minds. Without a healthy mindset, our lives could become disastrous. Understanding where our minds are versus where they should be can be the difference between a life of positive or negative beliefs, attitudes, and actions.

  3. I think our mindset determines our attitude, actions, perspective and future thoughts. We may not realize how a certain mindset can really impact the way we live our lives but it truly can. I think creating a healthy and holy mindset will be so powerful and impactful – and having the opposite mindset can be so harmful. I am excited for a week dedicated to creating a positive mindset grounded in our faith.

  4. I don’t think we realize how important healthy and holy mindsets are until we have don’t have one! I hate the way I think and act when I’m stuck in a rut with a negative mindset. I can’t wait to dig into mindset week for this very reason!
